The hydrating Sunday Riley Blue Moon Tranquility Cleansing Balm helps remove makeup, dirt, and other surface debris. Formulated with oils of blue tansy chamomile, tangerine oil, cocoa, moringa butters, oils of vanilla, and sweet orange, the luscious soft blue balm easily removes dirt and makeup (even stubborn eye makeup!) using sugar-based cleansers to leave skin thoroughly clean and hydrated.
How do I use it: Massage into dry skin and remove with a warm cloth. It can be also used as a Step 1 cleanser or a hydrating mask.
