Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Lip Filler is a lip product that helps temporarily hydrate and smooth the appearance of lips.
How do I use it: Apply directly to clean, dry lips and on or around lip lines. Slight tingling after application is normal. Wait at least three minutes before applying any other lip products. Use alone as a lip primer and/or as an overnight lip hydrator.
