This lightweight serum features Bloomeffects’ Dutch Tulip Complex to help brighten the look of skin and deliver hydration. It’s formulated with subtle light reflecting pigments to help instantly brighten the look of the skin and help dull skin appear more radiant.
How do I use it: Apply two to three dew drops directly on clean skin using an upward patting motion until absorbed in the morning. Doubles as a primer to add the appearance of illumination and hydration to your complexion products.
