This exclusive pressed-cream liner with a balm-like texture was created specifically to pair with the Guide Wand. The rich texture enables the Wand to pick up the perfect amount of color for each application. It’s long-wearing.

How do I use it: Glide the underside of the flexible applicator across the Guide Line formula to lightly coat the tip. Place your index finger on the flat notch of the Wand and the other side of the Wand against your cheekbone. Tilt the Precision Tip so it falls where the eyelashes meet the eyelid. Peek through the window and let the Wand guide your hand as you draw across the lash line.
