How do I use it: The first time you use your smudger, glide Eyeshadow 101 across the back of your hand and roll the sponge tip in the color. Now you’re primed and ready! Apply Eyeshadow 101 straight from the tube to your lids. For mess-free results, use the built-in smudger to soften harsh edges or create smoky eyes. Finish blending before the shadow sets to a waterproof finish. You have about 45 seconds.
