How do I use it: For allover color, apply directly to eyelid and blend with your fingers or a brush. For a more concentrated application, tap and blend with fingers. For a softer, more diffused look, blend with a small eyeshadow brush (not included). For a more intense looks, start by washing a neutral base color all over the eyelid. Then, go in with a deeper shade, starting on the outer corner of the eye and blending into the crease for added dimension.
