How do I use it: Shampoo: Wet hair, apply shampoo and gently massage into hair and scalp. Rinse thoroughly.

Conditioner: Use after shampooing. Squeeze out excess water from hair. Spread evenly onto damp hair and massage into hair from root to end. Rinse thoroughly.

Leave-in Conditioner: After shampooing and conditioning the hair, apply this to damp or towel-dried hair. Evenly spread the product from the mid-section to the ends of your hair. Let hair dry before any styling.

Body Wash: Apply the desired amount of wash to loofah or bath sponge. Massage into skin for generous lather and then rinse with water.
