How do I use it: After taking off the cap, twist the opposite end until a small drop of gel is visible on the brush tip. For a new pen, several twists (20 to 30) will be required to break the seal and prime the brush. Apply a thin layer of the gel directly onto the front surfaces of the upper and lower teeth. Target areas of staining, and in between the teeth. Replace the cap to keep it fresh. Don’t eat or drink anything for 20 minutes after application. Repeat this process two to four times throughout the day.
