How do I use it: Rinse with a teaspoonful of pre-rinse for 30 seconds. Dilute with water if sensitive. Use a pearl-sized drop of both toothpaste and accelerator together on a dry toothbrush. Apply to the area between each tooth where the gum line meets and make tiny circles for two minutes, twice a day. Rinse afterward.
